# DocSite vs Scrollnote

The clearest difference is update cadence: Scrollnote at weekly against DocSite's every 2 months. DocSite's advantage is iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DocSite sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Scrollnote sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DocSite ships an update every 2 months, Scrollnote weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
