# LOVESTITCH vs HEYCHIC

LOVESTITCH and HEYCHIC both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of LOVESTITCH's written reviews are positive against 50% of HEYCHIC's. LOVESTITCH also leads on ratings volume (211 vs 3). HEYCHIC's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for LOVESTITCH against 5.0 for HEYCHIC. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LOVESTITCH has 211 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of LOVESTITCH's written reviews are positive against 50% of HEYCHIC's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
