# Immediate Contact Transfer vs Copy My Data

The clearest difference is update cadence: Immediate Contact Transfer at every 3 weeks against Copy My Data's every 11 months. Immediate Contact Transfer also leads on review sentiment (40% vs 25%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). Copy My Data's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (2.6K vs 313). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Immediate Contact Transfer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Copy My Data sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Copy My Data holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Copy My Data has 2.6K ratings behind it against 313, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Immediate Contact Transfer's written reviews are positive against 25% of Copy My Data's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Immediate Contact Transfer ships an update every 3 weeks, Copy My Data every 11 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
