# TCEMC vs SCRTC Connect

The clearest difference is rating: SCRTC Connect at 3.0 against TCEMC's 2.5. SCRTC Connect also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 10 months). TCEMC's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SCRTC Connect holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TCEMC has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 0% and 0% positive.
