# Matific vs Edudo

The clearest difference is rating: Matific at 4.7 against Edudo's 1.0. Matific also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 1). Edudo's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 60%) and in-app purchases (none vs 6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Matific sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Edudo asks for nothing beyond the download.

Matific holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Matific has 1.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Matific's written reviews are positive against 100% of Edudo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Matific ships an update every 6 weeks, Edudo every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
