# Laundry Point vs MTU

The clearest difference is update cadence: MTU at every 2 days against Laundry Point's every 2 months. Laundry Point's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Laundry Point ships an update every 2 months, MTU every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
