# Luxer One vs Amenify Resident

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Amenify Resident at 73% against Luxer One's 11%. Luxer One's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.2) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Luxer One holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Luxer One has 32K ratings behind it against 4.2K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Luxer One's written reviews are positive against 73% of Amenify Resident's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Luxer One ships an update every 6 weeks, Amenify Resident every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 4, 2026.
