# OSARi VPN vs Secure VPN

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Secure VPN at 82% against OSARi VPN's 40%. OSARi VPN's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OSARi VPN sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per 7 days and Secure VPN sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OSARi VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.4K and 409 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of OSARi VPN's written reviews are positive against 82% of Secure VPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

OSARi VPN ships an update fortnightly, Secure VPN weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
