Pipe Offset Calculator is a powerful tool designed for professionals in the pipe industry, including mechanical engineers, plumbers, pipeline installers, welders, civil engineers, and anyone working with pipelines in construction, oil, and gas industries. With an intuitive interface, this calculator simplifies complex pipe calculations, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced pipe fitters. When installing pipelines, pipe fitters often need to create offsets in one or multiple planes. This app provides the necessary data to design both single and parallel pipe offsets while maintaining precise center distances. The Pipe Offset Calculator allows users to quickly determine cut-in lengths, angles, and other essential measurements, ensuring accurate offset plotting on the first attempt. Simply input known values such as Displacement, Height, and Deflection, and the app will generate precise results, accommodating any fitting angle. This tool helps professionals save time, reduce errors, and minimize material waste, making it an essential companion for efficient and accurate pipe fitting.

Pipefitter's Mate β€” seven pipe layout calculators for the field. Offline. No ads. No accounts. Enter the dimensions and the numbers are already there. Cut list, ordinates and spool weight update as you type, and every result shows the method behind it, so you can check it before you cut. THE SEVEN TOOLS Simple offset RUN and OFFSET in. TRAVEL, PIPE CUT, SETBACK, CUT ANGLE, INSIDE ARC and OUTSIDE ARC out. Rolling (compound) offset Set and roll across two planes. True offset, travel and pipe cut, with the derivation shown. Lateral branch Fishmouth ordinates for a branch meeting a header at any angle from 30 to 90 degrees. Saddle branch Ordinates for a square 90 degree branch. The lateral tool reproduces this exactly at 90. Trunnion / dummy leg Ordinates for a support landing on the back of an elbow, checked against published cutback data. Equal-spread offsets Stagger a bank of two to four parallel lines so the spacing stays even through the offset. Flange two-holing Bolt hole layout straddling the centerline, to ASME B16.5. ELBOW ANGLES Presets for 45, 22.5, 11.25, 30 and 60 degrees plus custom, with the run derived for you. PIPE DATA, BUILT IN NPS 1/2" through 40". Schedules STD, XS, XXS, SCH 40 and SCH 80. Long and short radius elbows. Wall thickness to ASME B36.10M, elbow geometry to B16.9, flanges to B16.5. Where a schedule is not standard for a given size, the app says so rather than guessing. CUT LIST AND WELD GAP When the pipe cut exceeds stock length, the app works out the sticks and generates a cut list, deducting your root gap per joint across elbow welds and field welds. Set stock length to match your region: 6 m, 20 ft, 24 ft, 40 ft or custom. SPOOL WEIGHT Pipe, both elbows and the weld beads, totalled β€” so you know what you are lifting before it is on the strop. DRAWINGS A CAD-style diagram for every tool, with dimension callouts and weld markers. Pinch to zoom and pan. Legible in light and dark. TRADE INDEX A built-in reference covering fabrication, geometry, measurement and pipe sizing terms. ALSO Save and load named spools. Switch between millimeters and inches with one tap. Screen-stays-on mode for when your hands are full. Bigger type and glove-sized targets throughout. PROJECT WORKFLOW Enter feet, inches and fractions with a dedicated keypad, or use decimal millimeters. Choose display precision without rounding the underlying calculation. Open diagrams fullscreen to inspect large layouts. Organize saved calculations by project, line and spool. Add drawing numbers, revisions, operator details and notes, then include them in fabrication PDFs. Search your library and make copies without overwriting the original. Export and restore local JSON backups through the system file picker. BRANCH TEMPLATES Create tiled saddle and lateral templates for A4, A3 or Letter paper, with overlap, alignment marks and a 100 mm calibration square. Print at actual size and measure both axes before use. Templates omit kerf, bevel, wall thickness and weld shrinkage; always check against the workpiece. Technical notes explain the calculation assumptions and application limits. Bundled standards data has no recorded source edition and is not a substitute for current project standards. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Calculations work without a network connection and stay on your device. Network access is used only to check the App Store for a newer version. No accounts, no data collection, no ads, no tracking. Pipefitter's Mate is a tool to assist. Always verify against project specifications before fabrication.
