# Points vs Chore Chart

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Chore Chart at none against Points's 3. Chore Chart also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Points's advantage is ratings volume (234 vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Points sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Chore Chart asks for nothing beyond the download.

Chore Chart holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Points has 234 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
