# Third Space vs TeamUCL Gym

The clearest difference is rating: Third Space at 4.8 against TeamUCL Gym's 4.0. Third Space also leads on ratings volume (109 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). TeamUCL Gym's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 70%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Third Space holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Third Space has 109 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of Third Space's written reviews are positive against 100% of TeamUCL Gym's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Third Space ships an update every 2 weeks, TeamUCL Gym every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
