# ArtMap vs WingPrint

The clearest difference is update cadence: WingPrint at weekly against ArtMap's every 6 months. ArtMap's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ArtMap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and WingPrint sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ArtMap ships an update every 6 months, WingPrint weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
