# Mydas vs Raven EDM

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Raven EDM at none against Mydas's 11. Raven EDM also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Mydas's advantage is ratings volume (45 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mydas sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Raven EDM asks for nothing beyond the download.

Raven EDM holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mydas has 45 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Mydas ships an update fortnightly, Raven EDM every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
