# MyTelevision vs TNT Plus

The clearest difference is rating: TNT Plus at 3.7 against MyTelevision's 2.8. MyTelevision's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 32%) and ratings volume (25 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TNT Plus holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyTelevision has 25 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of MyTelevision's written reviews are positive against 32% of TNT Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
