# The Original Barracuda vs MLS UAE

The clearest difference is review sentiment: The Original Barracuda at 55% against MLS UAE's 0%. The Original Barracuda also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). MLS UAE's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 2.3) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MLS UAE holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of The Original Barracuda's written reviews are positive against 0% of MLS UAE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

The Original Barracuda ships an update every 3 months, MLS UAE every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
