# Suguru vs Críptico

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Suguru at 310 against Críptico's 6. Suguru also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). Críptico's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Críptico holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Suguru has 310 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Suguru ships an update every 2 months, Críptico every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
