# DAZZL CAM vs PsyCam

The clearest difference is rating: PsyCam at 5.0 against DAZZL CAM's 4.2. DAZZL CAM's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 30 months) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

DAZZL CAM costs $0.99 and PsyCam $2.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PsyCam holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DAZZL CAM has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DAZZL CAM ships an update monthly, PsyCam every 30 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
