# SmashUps vs MerryMakin

SmashUps and MerryMakin both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of MerryMakin's written reviews are positive against 62% of SmashUps's. MerryMakin also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). SmashUps's advantage is ratings volume (7K vs 3).
