# SmashUps vs Pray Board

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pray Board at daily against SmashUps's every 2 months. SmashUps's advantage is ratings volume (7K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SmashUps sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Pray Board sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pray Board holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SmashUps has 7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SmashUps ships an update every 2 months, Pray Board daily. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
