# My Plant Evolution vs The Bear

The clearest difference is ratings volume: The Bear at 1.1K against My Plant Evolution's 14. My Plant Evolution's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. My Plant Evolution sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and The Bear sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for My Plant Evolution against 4.6 for The Bear. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Bear has 1.1K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of My Plant Evolution's written reviews are positive against 78% of The Bear's.
