# Seably vs HomePort

The clearest difference is update cadence: Seably at every 3 weeks against HomePort's every 4 months. Seably also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Seably sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and HomePort sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Seably ships an update every 3 weeks, HomePort every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
