The clearest difference is rating: Unofficial Map for RDR2 at 4.7 against OGM's 3.3. Unofficial Map for RDR2 also leads on ratings volume (7.7K vs 3) and iOS requirement (13 vs 15.0). OGM's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (67% vs 58%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
