# Jupay vs Waricel

Jupay and Waricel both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Waricel's written reviews are positive against 67% of Jupay's. Jupay's advantage is ratings volume (2.8K vs 10). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Jupay against 4.7 for Waricel. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jupay has 2.8K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 67% of Jupay's written reviews are positive against 100% of Waricel's.

Jupay ships an update fortnightly, Waricel monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
