# 脱水 vs Simple

The clearest difference is rating: Simple at 4.6 against 脱水's 4.1. Simple also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). 脱水's advantage is review sentiment (68% vs 57%) and ratings volume (44 vs 10). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 脱水 sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Simple sells 24 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simple holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 44 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of 脱水's written reviews are positive against 57% of Simple's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

脱水 ships an update every 3 weeks, Simple every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
