# JHCamera vs FtyCam

The clearest difference is ads: JHCamera at none against FtyCam's shown. JHCamera also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). FtyCam's advantage is ratings volume (183 vs 15). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 1.9 for JHCamera against 1.9 for FtyCam.
