# Capiamoci vs SpeakÆpp

The clearest difference is update cadence: SpeakÆpp at every 5 days against Capiamoci's every 4 months. Capiamoci's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Capiamoci sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and SpeakÆpp sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Capiamoci ships an update every 4 months, SpeakÆpp every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
