# YPT vs Testbusters

The clearest difference is rating: YPT at 4.7 against Testbusters's 1.0. YPT also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 1). Testbusters's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. YPT sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Testbusters asks for nothing beyond the download.

YPT holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YPT has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

YPT ships an update every 2 days, Testbusters monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
