# IM Connect vs SureSpace

The clearest difference is rating: IM Connect at 5.0 against SureSpace's 3.0. IM Connect also leads on ads (none vs shown). SureSpace's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (67% vs 57%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IM Connect sells 15 one-off in-app purchases and SureSpace sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IM Connect holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of IM Connect's written reviews are positive against 67% of SureSpace's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

IM Connect ships an update every 9 days, SureSpace weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
