# Nod vs CV Resume

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Nod at 100% against CV Resume's 45%. Nod also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10). CV Resume's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 2) and rating (3.7 vs 3.5). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CV Resume sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Nod asks for nothing beyond the download.

CV Resume holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CV Resume has 1.5K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Nod's written reviews are positive against 45% of CV Resume's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nod ships an update every 6 weeks, CV Resume every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
