# NuWave Connect vs NthGrow

The clearest difference is rating: NuWave Connect at 4.4 against NthGrow's 2.4. NuWave Connect also leads on ratings volume (618 vs 8) and iOS requirement (12.3 vs 15.0). NthGrow's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (33% vs 13%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NuWave Connect holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NuWave Connect has 618 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of NuWave Connect's written reviews are positive against 33% of NthGrow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NuWave Connect ships an update every 3 months, NthGrow fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
