# Metronet Home vs D

The clearest difference is update cadence: D at every 3 weeks against Metronet Home's every 12 months. Metronet Home's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Metronet Home ships an update every 12 months, D every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
