# FHSAA GOLF vs ShotStat Live

The clearest difference is rating: ShotStat Live at 2.6 against FHSAA GOLF's 2.1. ShotStat Live also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). FHSAA GOLF's advantage is review sentiment (13% vs 0%) and ratings volume (90 vs 10). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ShotStat Live holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FHSAA GOLF has 90 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of FHSAA GOLF's written reviews are positive against 0% of ShotStat Live's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FHSAA GOLF ships an update every 5 weeks, ShotStat Live every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
