# PDC vs MyDartCoach

The clearest difference is price: PDC at Free against MyDartCoach's $9.99. PDC also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (88 vs 8). MyDartCoach's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 2.9) and ads (none vs shown). On in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

PDC is free to download; MyDartCoach costs $9.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyDartCoach holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PDC has 88 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 14% of PDC's written reviews are positive against 43% of MyDartCoach's.

PDC ships an update every 2 weeks, MyDartCoach every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
