# PDC vs Redmen Plus

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Redmen Plus at 100% against PDC's 14%. Redmen Plus also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.9) and ads (none vs shown). PDC's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Redmen Plus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. PDC asks for nothing beyond the download.

Redmen Plus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PDC has 88 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 14% of PDC's written reviews are positive against 100% of Redmen Plus's.

PDC ships an update every 2 weeks, Redmen Plus every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
