# Baby Tracker! vs Solid Food Diary

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Baby Tracker! at 91% against Solid Food Diary's 56%. Baby Tracker! also leads on ratings volume (5.2K vs 2). Solid Food Diary's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Baby Tracker! sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Solid Food Diary sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Solid Food Diary holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baby Tracker! has 5.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of Baby Tracker!'s written reviews are positive against 56% of Solid Food Diary's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Baby Tracker! ships an update monthly, Solid Food Diary every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
