# Nota vs COLIZEUM

The clearest difference is ads: COLIZEUM at none against Nota's shown. COLIZEUM also leads on review sentiment (86% vs 59%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). Nota's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 132). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for Nota against 4.4 for COLIZEUM. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nota has 1.5K ratings behind it against 132, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 59% of Nota's written reviews are positive against 86% of COLIZEUM's.

Nota ships an update every 4 months, COLIZEUM every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
