# EGYM Trainer vs EōS Personal Training

The clearest difference is rating: EōS Personal Training at 4.6 against EGYM Trainer's 4.1. EōS Personal Training also leads on ratings volume (227 vs 17). EGYM Trainer's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 13%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EōS Personal Training holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EōS Personal Training has 227 ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of EGYM Trainer's written reviews are positive against 13% of EōS Personal Training's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EGYM Trainer ships an update every 2 weeks, EōS Personal Training every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
