# Rubio's vs Chicken Lisa's

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Chicken Lisa's at 100% against Rubio's's 36%. Rubio's's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (18K vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rubio's holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rubio's has 18K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Rubio's's written reviews are positive against 100% of Chicken Lisa's's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rubio's ships an update every 3 weeks, Chicken Lisa's fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
