# Scroll Reader vs CueCard

The clearest difference is update cadence: CueCard at weekly against Scroll Reader's monthly. Scroll Reader's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scroll Reader sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and CueCard sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scroll Reader ships an update monthly, CueCard weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
