# Cohabs vs Outsite

The clearest difference is rating: Outsite at 3.7 against Cohabs's 3.0. Cohabs's advantage is review sentiment (63% vs 50%) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Outsite holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Cohabs's written reviews are positive against 50% of Outsite's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cohabs ships an update every 2 weeks, Outsite every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
