# Visual Novel vs Void Soul

The clearest difference is ads: Visual Novel at none against Void Soul's shown. Visual Novel also leads on ratings volume (86 vs 9) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). Void Soul's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 90%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Visual Novel sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Void Soul sells 13 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Visual Novel against 4.9 for Void Soul. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Visual Novel has 86 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Visual Novel's written reviews are positive against 100% of Void Soul's.
