# Section8 vs Apartments App

The clearest difference is rating: Apartments App at 3.7 against Section8's 3.1. Section8's advantage is ratings volume (36 vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Apartments App holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Section8 has 36 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
