# Dream Car vs CODECAR

The clearest difference is rating: CODECAR at 5.0 against Dream Car's 3.7. Dream Car's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CODECAR holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dream Car has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Dream Car ships an update every 3 weeks, CODECAR fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
