# MOES vs YYIOT

The clearest difference is rating: YYIOT at 4.2 against MOES's 2.3. YYIOT also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). MOES's advantage is review sentiment (23% vs 0%) and ratings volume (69 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

YYIOT holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MOES has 69 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of MOES's written reviews are positive against 0% of YYIOT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MOES ships an update every 3 months, YYIOT every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
