# Xylophone 3D vs Easy Note

The clearest difference is rating: Easy Note at 5.0 against Xylophone 3D's 3.6. Xylophone 3D's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Easy Note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Xylophone 3D asks for nothing beyond the download.

Easy Note holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Xylophone 3D has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Xylophone 3D's written reviews are positive against 50% of Easy Note's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
