# Vikik vs Beauty

Vikik and Beauty both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Beauty's written reviews are positive against 0% of Vikik's. Beauty also leads on ratings volume (134 vs 5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Vikik's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Vikik against 4.8 for Beauty. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Beauty has 134 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 0% of Vikik's written reviews are positive against 100% of Beauty's.

Vikik ships an update every 2 weeks, Beauty every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
