# Anchor Pro vs CalendarPunch

The clearest difference is update cadence: CalendarPunch at every 4 weeks against Anchor Pro's every 2 months. Anchor Pro's advantage is iOS requirement (17.2 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anchor Pro sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per year and CalendarPunch sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Anchor Pro ships an update every 2 months, CalendarPunch every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
