# AR Real Driving vs Gravity

The clearest difference is rating: Gravity at 4.5 against AR Real Driving's 3.9. Gravity also leads on ratings volume (35K vs 149) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). AR Real Driving's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (61% vs 25%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AR Real Driving sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Gravity sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gravity holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gravity has 35K ratings behind it against 149, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 61% of AR Real Driving's written reviews are positive against 25% of Gravity's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AR Real Driving ships an update every 2 months, Gravity fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
