# Tic Tiny vs Tag U

The clearest difference is monetization model: Tic Tiny at free against Tag U's freemium. Tic Tiny also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.6). Tag U's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 2). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tic Tiny sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Tag U sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Tic Tiny against 5.0 for Tag U. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 9 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.
