# Disney+ vs Pavilion+

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pavilion+ at 100% against Disney+'s 29%. Pavilion+ also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Disney+'s advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (2M vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Disney+ sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $12.49 per month and Pavilion+ sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pavilion+ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Disney+ has 2M ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 29% of Disney+'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Pavilion+'s.

Disney+ ships an update every 10 days, Pavilion+ every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
